I was searching for a PPI for a Porsche I was looking to buy. I was buying the car sight unseen and having it shipped to Minnesota. I read the reviews on Duffy's and took a chance. These folks are top-notch. Multiple staff spent considerable time explaining what they saw, possible areas of concern and their overall thoughts regarding the vehicles condition. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and the owner. He truly stands by his work. After I picked up my vehicle, he personally notified me that he noticed it was still leaking oil and immediately took responsibility to fix it properly. To make things even better, he provided me with a ride back to work so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced while he handled the issue the same day. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care is rare. If you’re looking for a mechanic who is thorough, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, this is the place to go.

Duffy’s always does a top notch job on my regular car maintenance. I recently went in for new brakes. They kept me updated on everything, everyone who works there is so kind , knowledgeable and answer all my questions even when I tell them, this might be a crazy question. They are the best!

They are trustworthy professionals. I don't have to worry about service items being pressured on me. They go through every item and give their recommendations for me to make an educated decision without pressure tactics. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a European vehicle.

Holy cow. Five stars isn’t even enough. These guys are awesome. Total car guys and pretty obsessive about customer service. Oh, and they did a great job on my repair. Highly recommend!

Duffy’s Garage has serviced my Range Rover for more than five years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their pricing is very reasonable and much cheaper than Land Rover dealership rates. The best team and garage in the Birmingham Al area for European and British automobiles. The team is knowledgeable and friendly, and no upsales. They keep up With the latest technology and information regarding my vehicles. Very comfortable waiting room with great WiFi that allows your to work while you wait. If you don't like them I'll pay for your service(I am a Comedian, so know that I'm joking). However I do highly recommend Duffy's Garage.
